A native Floridian, Erica is an alumna of Harrison School of the Arts, where she cultivated her love for music and musical theatre. Today, that passion has found a new audience in her three children as she introduces them to the magic of Broadway through favorites like Frozen and Wicked. Alongside her husband, Raul, their family enjoys making the most of life outdoors—whether it’s kayaking, fishing, hiking, or tackling the latest project in their 1920s bungalow. A testament to her adventurous spirit (and impressive appetite), Erica has claimed victory in several food-eating contests over the years, including a 5-pound steak challenge, a spaghetti-eating competition, and a Thanksgiving pumpkin pie contest.

As Brand Director and Partner at CPS Investment Advisors, Erica is dedicated to creating exceptional experiences for clients while helping shape the firm’s strategic vision. Drawing on more than 17 years of hospitality leadership experience and a bachelor’s degree in business administration, she oversees strategic planning, marketing, communications, operations, and firm-wide events. She leads the planning and execution of signature events, including the Annual CPAlliance® Executive Roundtable, Mid-Year Economic Update, client appreciation events, educational seminars, and philanthropic initiatives.

In her role as CPAlliance® Director, Erica works closely with CPA firms throughout the Southeast, helping strengthen relationships, coordinate educational programming, and support strategic collaboration among member firms. Her combination of operational expertise, marketing leadership, and relationship-building has made her a trusted resource for both clients and professional partners across the region.

Service has always been at the heart of Erica’s work. She helped launch CPS Cares, the firm’s 501(c)(3) charitable initiative, and has led fundraising and volunteer efforts benefiting nonprofits and schools throughout the communities CPS serves. She also remains actively involved with several nonprofit and civic organizations, reflecting her belief that strong businesses have an equally strong responsibility to give back.

Erica brings enthusiasm, creativity, and servant-hearted leadership to everything she does.

Rachael, a twin and the youngest of eight, remembers a hectic yet happy childhood. Despite her many blessings, her younger years were not without struggle. The passing of her mother at age six profoundly influenced Rachael’s perspective on life and relationships. This loss taught her to focus on what brings joy and positivity, and to cherish each day rather than wasting it by dwelling on a bad yesterday. Grateful for every moment, Rachael is determined to live life to the fullest and treasure the ones she loves.

Outdoor adventures, especially those involving water, have always been a significant part of Rachael’s life. She loves camping, kayaking, and spending days at the beach with her family. In 2014, she married her husband Leo on her father’s dock at beautiful Lake Henderson, a place that holds special meaning for them. Together, they now have two wonderful children who share their love for adventure.

Rachael graduated from Southeastern University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science degree. Her diverse professional experience includes roles in case management, banking and finance, and investments and wealth management. Through these experiences, Rachael developed a passion for helping others navigate the complexities of planning for their financial futures. She aims to educate and empower her clients, guiding them on their path to financial independence.

Currently, Rachael serves as the CPAlliance® Assistant Director at CPS Investment Advisors. In this role, she specializes in building an industry of trusted CPA Financial Planners, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of expertise and care. Rachael’s dedication to her work and commitment to her clients is driven by her desire to make a positive impact, reflecting her core values of gratitude, joy, and a zest for life.
